How the ticket ballot works

Entry into the ticket ballot is free, and fans do not have to make any payment when registering. Each person can submit one ballot entry per match and can enter the ballot for multiple matches across the tournament. The ballot does not work on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans can register at any point during the ballot window, and the time of registration will not affect their chances of getting tickets. If the number of requests for a match exceeds the available ticket allocation, successful applicants will be selected through a randomised ballot process. The ICC will communicate the outcome of both successful and unsuccessful applications through the email addresses provided by fans during registration.
